对腐败分子给予相应的党纪国法惩处,是推行反腐倡廉斗争的有力锐器,和对广大党员干部实施警示教育的最佳教材。然而,近年来,在少数地方和单位出现了一种奇怪的现象:对一些腐败分子,虽然给了党纪国法惩处,却执行不够到位,落实不够具体,使腐败分子腐而不败,查而不倒,逍遥于党纪国法之外,党和政府的形象也因此受损,国家的法律尊严受害,广大人民群众反庸倡廉的热情受创。
Punishing the corrupt elements for punctuality punctuated by party discipline and state law is a powerful weapon for pushing the struggle against corruption and building a clean government and the best textbook for carrying out warning education among a large number of party members and cadres. However, in recent years, a strange phenomenon has emerged in a few places and units.
