目的了解海南省黎、汉族中小学生早餐现状及存在的问题,为改善学生的营养状况提供科学依据。方法采用分层整群抽样方法,分别抽取海南省黎族中小学生502名和汉族中小学生968名,利用自填问卷方法收集早餐情况资料。结果黎族与汉族中小学生每天都吃早餐的分别为56.8%和66.2%,黎族与汉族中小学生对进食早餐的看法、早餐行为及不吃早餐的原因差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。黎族学生早上起床时间、对一日三餐中早餐重要性排位与1周内早餐进餐次数有关,汉族学生对一日三餐中早餐重要性排位、对进食早餐的看法及不吃早餐影响的认识与1周内早餐进餐次数有关。结论黎、汉族中小学生的早餐就餐率均较低。提供合理的作息时间、开展营养健康教育是提高黎、汉族中小学生早餐就餐率行之有效的方法。
Objective To understand the status quo and existing problems of breakfast in Li and Han nationality in Hainan Province and provide a scientific basis for improving students’ nutritional status. Methods A stratified cluster sampling method was used to extract 502 Li primary and secondary school students from Hainan Province and 968 primary and middle school students from Han nationality respectively. Breakfast information was collected by self-administered questionnaire. Results The prevalence of eating breakfast in Li nationality and Han nationality primary and middle school students was 56.8% and 66.2% respectively. There were significant differences in the eating habits among breakfast students and their parents (P <0.05) ). Li students get up in the morning time, the importance of breakfast on three meals a day ranked with the number of meals within a week on the number of meals, Han students on the three meals a day in the importance of breakfast, eating breakfast and eating breakfast did not affect the impact Awareness and breakfast within 1 week on the number of meals related. Conclusions Li and Han students have lower rate of breakfast and dinner. Providing reasonable schedules and carrying out nutrition and health education is an effective way to improve breakfast and dining rate among primary and secondary students in Li and Han.
