通过研究C2H2CVD法中固体碳产品和液体产品收率、性质和结构,从化学合成角度认识碳纳米管(CNTs)的形成过程。利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)对比表征不同温度下合成碳产品的微观结构。利用色质联用波普(GC-MS)对比分析液态产品的种类和比例。结果证明:芳烃属于CNTs合成中的重要产物,催化剂的芳构化、异构化和缩合反应能力对合成CNTs起到至关重要的作用。
By studying the yield, properties and structure of solid carbon products and liquid products in C2H2CVD method, the formation process of carbon nanotubes (CNTs) is recognized from the perspective of chemical synthesis. The microstructure of the synthesized carbon products at different temperatures was characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The type and proportion of liquid products were compared by GC-MS. The results show that aromatic hydrocarbons belong to the important products in the synthesis of CNTs. The aromatization, isomerization and condensation reaction of catalysts play an important role in the synthesis of CNTs.
