在普通的车床上加工超长细长轴,一般需要加长的车床床身和若干个中心架支撑工件才能完成。这种加工较困难,需要有一定的技术水平。本厂1987年试制了两台TT900型自动印刷机,该机每台有细长轴400多件,其规格较多的是φ8~25毫米,长度大多是1米以上,精度要求也很高。我们把原来的工件转动变为工件不转动,只作轴向移动,并采用双刀高速旋转切削的方式进行加工,研制出了超长细轴切削盘装置。这种切削盘可安装在C616普通小车床上加工出该印刷机上的全部细长轴,精度可达IT8级,表面粗糙度可达Ra0.8,全长外径尺寸误差不超过0.03毫米,完全符合图纸要求。采
