[目的]探讨谷子理想株型在种质资源选育中的应用。[方法]以具有理想株型形态特征的谷子种质资源立绿谷和立紫谷为试材,配置多个杂交组合,筛选具有理想株型形态特征的杂交后代,经河南、海南两地多年异地加代,将不同种质资源的理想植株形态、生理状态等优良性状整合到同一品种(系)内,培育出具有理想株型的高光效谷子新品种(系)。[结果]经过连续5年多代选育,选育出5个综合性状表现较好的新品种,其农艺性状较原始亲本有了较大的改良,并较好地遗传了原始亲本的叶群结构。[结论]利用原始亲本立绿谷和立紫谷开展谷子理想株型育种具有可行性。
[Objective] The purpose was to discuss the application of the ideal plant type of millet in the breeding of germplasm resources. [Method] With the germplasm resources of LiGongGu and LiZiGu of millet germplasm resources with ideal morphological characteristics as the tested materials, a lot of hybrid combinations were set up to screen out the hybrid progenies with the ideal plant type morphological characteristics. After crossing Henan and Hainan for many years In addition, the excellent germplasm, physiological status and other excellent traits of different germplasm resources were integrated into the same variety (line), and new varieties (lines) of high light efficiency millet with the ideal plant type were cultivated. [Result] Five new breeds with better comprehensive characters were bred after more than 5 years of multi-generational breeding. The agronomic traits of the new breeds were greatly improved compared with the original parents, and the genetic structure of the original parents was well inherited . [Conclusion] The feasibility of using the original parents Li-Lv-Gu and Li-Zi-Gu to carry out the ideal plant type breeding of millet was feasible.
