官场“双面人”之所以有双重行为,是因为他们有着“双重心理”;官场“双面人”自身行为的对立、冲突、矛盾其实是其心理冲突的外在体现,也是受其互相矛盾的双重心理所驱动官场“双面人”是党内最危险的因素。他们以假象蒙骗组织,以假面伪装良善,以假绩污染官场。一些官场“双面人”甚至丧失了基本的信仰和党性,沦丧了起码的做人品德,能把好话讲尽,能把伪事做绝。如果这样的“双面”越多,党员群体内部的思想就会越分裂,干部就会越脱离群众,党在群众中的威信
