目的比较江苏省不同糖耐量人群代谢综合征(MS)的患病率。方法采取整群随机抽样方法,内容包括体检、75g葡萄糖耐量试验(OGTT)及检测血脂等,并根据OGTT结果分为正常糖耐量(NGT)组、糖调节受损(IGR)组和2型糖尿病(T2DM)组。结果 (1)NGT组、IGR组和T2DM组的MS的患病率分别为16.3%、47.6%及64.6%。(2)T2DM组女性MS患病率显著高于男性(72.6%vs53.1%),而NGT组及IGR组MS患病率男女之间无统计学差异(IGR组:53.9%υs39.8%;NGT组:16.7%υs15.7%)。(3)从NGT→IGR→T2DM,MS患者中合并3种MS组分者的比例逐渐减少,而合并4种及5种MS组分者的比例逐渐增多。结论在T2DM前期IGR阶段,MS患病率已经显著升高;T2DM患者常合并多种代谢异常,是MS的高发人群。
Objective To compare the prevalence of metabolic syndrome (MS) in different population with impaired glucose tolerance in Jiangsu Province. Methods Randomized sampling method was adopted in this study, including physical examination, OGTT, blood lipid test and so on.According to OGTT results, the patients were divided into normal glucose tolerance (NGT) group, impaired glucose regulation (IGR) group and type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) group. Results (1) The prevalence of MS in NGT group, IGR group and T2DM group were 16.3%, 47.6% and 64.6% respectively. (2) The prevalence of MS in T2DM group was significantly higher than that in male (72.6% vs53.1%), while there was no significant difference in the prevalence of MS between NGT group and IGR group (53.9% vs 39.8% ; NGT group: 16.7% υs15.7%). (3) From NGT → IGR → T2DM, the proportion of MS patients combined with three kinds of MS components gradually decreased, while the proportion of four and five MS components merged gradually increased. Conclusion The prevalence of MS has been significantly increased in the stage of pre-T2DM IGR. T2DM patients often have multiple metabolic abnormalities, which is a high incidence of MS.
