用石腊切片法进行茶树对夹叶成因的解剖学研究,结果表明:对夹叶成熟度高于同龄一芽二叶;输导组织相对面积,嫩茎>主脉>叶柄;对夹新梢输导组织、木质部和韧皮部相对面积大于一芽二叶新梢,嫩茎木质部导管成熟度较一芽二叶新梢高.因而从解剖学上证明对夹叶是一类先行功能叶,其形成是茶树自身对体内物质代谢的平衡调节.因此,新梢休止的瓶颈理论不能圆满地解释对夹叶的成因.
The anatomical study on the cause of pinching leaves by the method of paraffin section was conducted. The results showed that: the maturity of pinnate leaves was higher than that of one bud with two leaves of the same age; the relative area of guide tissues, tender stem> main vein> petiole; Guided tissue, xylem and phloem relative area larger than a bud two leaf shoots, tender stem xylem catheter maturity than two buds shoot new high. Thus anatomically proved that the folder leaves is a class of pre-function leaves, the formation of the tea tree itself is the balance of material metabolism regulation. Therefore, the theory of bottlenecks that break the shoot can not satisfactorily explain the cause of the folder leaves.
