乌骨鸡与非乌骨鸡的显著不同之处在于黑色素,乌骨鸡体内富含黑色素,黑色素是机体活性功能的物质基础,黑色素决定了乌骨鸡的药用价值。文章就乌骨鸡黑色素沉积的分子机制研究现状进行了综述,包括饲养环境和饲喂日粮成分的外界因素对鸡体内黑色素沉积的影响,MITF、ASIP、TYR、MC1R和Slc24a5等重要因子对鸡体内黑色素沉积的调控作用,以及调控鸡体内黑色素沉积机制的主要信号通路的研究进展,从而为深入研究乌骨鸡黑色素沉积的分子机制提供一定参考依据。
Silky and non-silky significant difference is that melanin, Silky body is rich in melanin, melatonin is the material basis of the body’s active function, melanin determines the medicinal value of Silky. This article reviewed the current research on the molecular mechanism of melanin deposition in silky fowl, including the effects of external factors such as feeding environment and diet composition on melanin deposition in chickens, important factors such as MITF, ASIP, TYR, MC1R and Slc24a5 In vivo regulation of melanin deposition, as well as the main signaling pathways regulating the mechanism of melanin deposition in chickens, so as to provide some references for further study on the molecular mechanism of melanin deposition in silky fowl.
