目的探讨透明质酸和骨形态发生蛋白与非小细胞肺癌骨转移的关系。方法选取2012年12月至2014年12月间诊治的非小细胞肺癌骨转移患者47例为非小细胞肺癌骨转移组,同期非小细胞肺癌患者47例为非小细胞肺癌组,同期健康体检人员47例为健康体检组,均行透明质酸和骨形态发生蛋白检测,分析透明质酸和骨形态发生蛋白与非小细胞肺癌骨转移的关系。结果非小细胞肺癌骨转移组患者中,透明质酸、骨形态发生蛋白2、骨形态发生蛋白4、骨形态发生蛋白5、骨形态发生蛋白6均明显高于非小细胞肺癌组和健康体检组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。非小细胞肺癌组透明质酸、骨形态发生蛋白2、骨形态发生蛋白4、骨形态发生蛋白5、骨形态发生蛋白6均明显高于健康体检组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。透明质酸、骨形态发生蛋白2、骨形态发生蛋白4、骨形态发生蛋白5、骨形态发生蛋白6均与非小细胞肺癌骨转移呈正相关(均P<0.05)。结论透明质酸联合骨形态发生蛋白检测有助于诊断非小细胞肺癌骨转移,具有较高临床价值。
Objective To investigate the relationship between hyaluronic acid and bone morphogenetic protein and bone metastasis in non-small cell lung cancer. Methods Forty-seven patients with non-small cell lung cancer with bone metastasis who were diagnosed and treated between December 2012 and December 2014 were selected as non-small cell lung cancer bone metastasis group. In the same period, 47 patients with non-small cell lung cancer were non-small cell lung cancer group, Forty-seven patients were selected as the health examination group. Hyaluronic acid and bone morphogenetic protein were detected. The relationship between hyaluronic acid and bone morphogenetic protein and bone metastasis of non-small cell lung cancer was analyzed. Results Among the patients with non-small cell lung cancer, hyaluronic acid, bone morphogenetic protein 2, bone morphogenetic protein 4, bone morphogenetic protein 5 and bone morphogenetic protein 6 were significantly higher than those in non-small cell lung cancer group and physical examination Group, the differences were statistically significant (all P <0.05). The levels of hyaluronic acid, bone morphogenetic protein 2, bone morphogenetic protein 4, bone morphogenetic protein 5 and bone morphogenetic protein 6 in non-small cell lung cancer group were significantly higher than those in the healthy control group (all P < 0.05). Hyaluronic acid, bone morphogenetic protein 2, bone morphogenetic protein 4, bone morphogenetic protein 5 and bone morphogenetic protein 6 were positively correlated with bone metastasis of non-small cell lung cancer (all P <0.05). Conclusion The detection of hyaluronic acid combined with bone morphogenetic protein is helpful to diagnose bone metastasis of non-small cell lung cancer with high clinical value.
