目的:探究氟沙星配合加味藿香正气丸治疗急性胃肠炎的临床效果。方法:选择我院2013年5月至2014年12月收治的90例急性胃肠炎的患者为研究对象,随机分为实验组45例,常规组45例。给常规组患者实施氟沙星,给实验组患者实施氟沙星配合加味藿香正气丸,对两患者的治疗效果进行评定。结果:实验组患者治疗的总有效率是95.56%,明显优于常规组的总有效率82.22%;实验组患者改善不良症状所用时间明显优于常规组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:氟沙星配合加味藿香正气丸治疗急性胃肠炎的临床效果非常好,值得在临床上进行推广。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of loxacin combined with Modified Huoxiang Zhengqi Wan in the treatment of acute gastroenteritis. Methods: A total of 90 patients with acute gastroenteritis admitted to our hospital from May 2013 to December 2014 were selected and randomly divided into experimental group (n = 45) and conventional group (n = 45). The routine group patients were treated with ofloxacin, and the patients in the experimental group were treated with ofloxacin plus flavored Huoxiangzhengqi Pills to evaluate the therapeutic effect of the two patients. Results: The total effective rate of the experimental group was 95.56%, which was significantly better than that of the conventional group (82.22%). The experimental group had significantly longer time to improve the adverse symptoms than the conventional group (P <0.05). Conclusions: The efficacy of fluoxacin with Jia Wei Hu Xiang Zheng Qi Wan in the treatment of acute gastroenteritis is very good and it is worth to be popularized clinically.
