目前建筑行业工期要求愈发科学严谨,故针对项目建设耗材量的动态性小样本预测显得尤为重要。立足于灰色模型理论体系中的新陈代谢GM(1,1)模型,选取某在建工程项目的耗材实时需求为样本,对建筑工程项目中建设工期耗材的动态需求量进行了拟合与预测,充分证明了模型算法的准确性和可行性,对我国在建工程项目的耗材使用与预定具有一定的指导意义。
At present, construction period requirements are increasingly scientifically rigorous. Therefore, it is particularly important to predict the dynamic sample size of project construction supplies. Based on the metabolic GM (1,1) model in the gray model theory system, the real-time demand of consumables in a construction project is selected as a sample to fit and forecast the dynamic demand of construction consumables in a construction project. The accuracy and feasibility of the model algorithm are proved, which is of guiding significance to the consumables use and reservation of construction projects under construction in China.
