目的:探讨消毒供应中心建立ISO9001质量体系的应用效果。方法:根据消毒供应中心的管理规范和ISO9001标准建立供应室质量体系,比较实施ISO9001前后的消毒供应服务质量、灭菌物品供应服务效率、消毒灭菌工作质量的情况及医护人员满意度。结果:实施后医护人员的满意度为95.26%,明显高于实施前的73.51%(P<0.05);与医护人员沟通的服务质量明显优于实施前(P<0.05);灭菌物品的供应效率明显好于实施前(P<0.05);消毒供应工作质量明显好于实施前(P<0.05)。结论:消毒供应中心ISO9001质量体系的建立,完善了管理制度,对提高消毒供应中心的服务质量具有积极作用。
Objective: To discuss the application effect of establishing ISO9001 quality system in disinfection supply center. Methods: According to the management standard of disinfection and supply center and ISO9001 standard, a supply room quality system was established to compare the service quality of disinfection and supply, the efficiency of supply of sterilized articles, the quality of disinfection and sterilization and the degree of satisfaction of medical staff before and after the implementation of ISO9001. Results: After the implementation, the satisfaction of medical staff was 95.26%, which was significantly higher than that of 73.51% (P <0.05) before the implementation; the quality of service communicated with medical staff was obviously better than before (P <0.05); the supply of sterilized articles The efficiency was significantly better than before (P <0.05); the quality of disinfection supply was significantly better than before (P <0.05). Conclusion: The establishment of ISO9001 quality system of disinfection supply center improves the management system and plays a positive role in improving the service quality of disinfection supply center.
