利用杂交棉H28一代杂交种及其母本91288,研究了PEG和NaCl胁迫下两个品种的生理反应。PEG胁迫下,两品种的生长发育和气孔扩散阻力基本一致,但H28的POD活性逐渐上升,91288的POD活性则保持较低水平;NaCl胁迫下,H28在生长发育和气孔阻力变化上表现出较高的耐受能力,其POD活性显著上升,但两品种Na+积累量和Na+/K+未见明显差异。这些结果表明,棉花拒盐能力较弱,不同品种耐盐性的差别与盐离子积累量关系不大,而与POD活性升高密切相关;而棉花对PEG胁迫的忍耐性与POD活性的相关关系不明显。
Physiological responses of two cultivars under PEG and NaCl stress were studied using hybrid H28 hybrids and their female parent 91288. Under PEG stress, the growth and development of two cultivars were basically consistent with that of stomatal diffusion, but the activity of POD in H28 increased gradually and the activity of POD in 91288 remained low.
