目的探讨心率变化对多层螺旋CT(MSCT)冠状动脉成像图像质量的影响。方法对300例临床疑似冠心病患者进行平扫及增强扫描。总结不同心率及其变化对冠脉图像质量影响,并观察不同心率组的最佳时相分布规律。结果增强扫描时平均心率为64次/min。共评价冠状动脉3032节段,7组中(≤55、56~60、61~65、66~70、71~75、76~80和≥81次/min)不能评价(血管运动伪影、血管纤细)冠脉节段占冠脉总数百分比分别为:13.4%(70/522)、13.0%(91/702)、19.5%(122/626)、18.6%(82/440)、28.1%(74/263)、24.9%(64/257)和37.8%(84/222)。平均心率、节律变化大与运动伪影冠脉节段数经χ2检验,图像质量差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。结论在临床应用中,心率快、心律不齐是影响图像质量的重要因素之一。
Objective To investigate the effect of heart rate on the imaging quality of multislice spiral CT (MSCT) coronary angiography. Methods 300 patients with clinical suspicion of coronary heart disease were scanned plain and enhanced. The effects of different heart rates and their changes on coronary artery image quality were summarized, and the best phase distribution of different heart rate groups was observed. Results The average heart rate during enhanced scan was 64 beats / min. A total of 3032 segments of the coronary arteries were evaluated, and in the 7 groups (≤55, 56-60, 61-65, 66-70, 71-75, 76-80 and ≥81 beats / min) were not evaluated (vasomotor artifact, Slender coronary arteries accounted for 13.4% (70/522), 13.0% (91/702), 19.5% (122/626), 18.6% (82/440), 28.1% (74 / 263), 24.9% (64/257) and 37.8% (84/222). The average heart rate, rhythm changes and motion artifact coronary segments by χ2 test, the image quality difference was statistically significant (P = 0.000). Conclusion In clinical application, fast heart rate and arrhythmia are one of the important factors affecting the image quality.
