历史的发展总是波澜壮阔、浩瀚磅礴,只有审时度势、顺势而发,才能急流勇进,跃上历史的潮头。从2003年到今天,大连东北亚国际航运中心建设走过十年。十年间,这座百年港城以对历史机遇的敏锐把握、对历史定位的科学认知、对历史使命的坚定践行,实现了城市发展史上又一次新的腾跃。这一腾跃,关乎大连未来;这一腾跃,关乎东北振兴;这一腾跃,关乎世界航运新格局。
The development of history is always magnificent and magnificent. Only by assessing the situation and taking advantage of it can we make rapid progress and leapfrog the history. From 2003 to today, Dalian Northeast Asia International Shipping Center has gone through 10 years. In the past ten years, this 100-year-old Hong Kong City took a keen grasp of historic opportunities, realized its scientific understanding of historical positioning and steadfastly implemented its historic mission, thus achieving another new leap in the history of urban development. This plight is about the future of Dalian. This leap forward is related to the rejuvenation of the northeast. This leap forward is related to the new pattern of world shipping.
