对去除DD6合金铸件表面塑性变形层的化铣方法进行了研究。正交实验结果表明:影响化铣速率的主次因素依次为HNO3>HF>HCl>FeCl3,适宜的槽液配方为:HNO3180 mL/L,HF 110 mL/L,HCl 120 mL/L,FeCl3160 mg/L。化铣温度在35℃左右,单位容积化铣处理面积采用0.2~0.3 dm2/L时,可以控制腐蚀速率,化铣过程稳定,能够有效去除单晶铸件的塑性变形层。按实验确定的工艺参数进行化铣时,铸件表面上不增加新的缺陷,不发生选择性腐蚀,化铣后经热处理未出现再结晶现象。
The milling method of removing the plastic deformation layer on the surface of DD6 alloy castings was studied. The results of orthogonal experiment showed that the primary and secondary factors affecting the milling rate were HNO3> HF> HCl> FeCl3, and the optimum solution was HNO3,180 mL / L, HF110 mL / L, HCl120 mL / L and FeCl3160 mg / L. When the milling temperature is about 35 ℃, the volumetric milling processing area per unit volume is 0.2 ~ 0.3 dm2 / L, the corrosion rate can be controlled and the milling process is stable. The plastic deformation layer of the single crystal casting can be effectively removed. According to the experimentally determined process parameters, no new defects are added on the surface of the casting, selective corrosion does not occur, and recrystallization does not occur after the heat treatment after milling.
