DNA甲基化在植物雄性不育中的研究进展

植物雄性不育作为杂种优势利用的主要手段,其不育的分子生物学机理成为研究热点。除不育基因挖掘之外,作为主要的表观遗传修饰方式的DNA甲基化也逐渐成为研究植物雄性不育的重要方法。本文从介绍植物甲基化的模式及研究方法开始,重点阐述了近年来在植物尤其是水稻、小麦和玉米中由花粉不育引起的雄性不育材料的甲基化差异和相关元件的调控,并对未来的相关研究工作予以展望。希望本综述为人们进一步研究DNA甲基化在植物雄性不育中的作用提供借鉴。 Plant male sterility as the main means of heterosis utilization, its molecular mechanism of infertility has become a research hotspot. In addition to the excavation of sterile genes, DNA methylation as a major epigenetic modification has gradually become an important method for studying plant male sterility. This paper begins with the introduction of plant methylation patterns and research methods, focusing on the methylation differences and related elements regulation of male-sterile materials caused by pollen sterility in plants, especially rice, wheat and maize in recent years. And prospects for the future related research work. It is hoped that this review will provide reference for further research on the role of DNA methylation in plant male sterility.
