白细胞介素27(IL-27)是属于IL-12家族的细胞因子,由EB病毒诱导基因3(EBI3)和p28亚基构成,主要由活化的抗原提呈细胞产生。其受体由T细胞细胞因子受体(TCCR)与糖蛋白130(gp130)亚基组成,广泛表达于各种细胞表面。IL-27作为一种多效的免疫调节因子在免疫应答过程中起多重调控作用,然而,IL-27在宿主抗结核分枝杆菌(MTB)感染过程中表现出广泛的免疫抑制作用。在抗MTB固有免疫应答中抑制巨噬细胞的吞噬作用;在适应性免疫应答中可能抑制Th1细胞和Th17细胞反应,并促进1型调节性T(Tr1)细胞增殖分化,抑制机体抗MTB的保护性免疫,MTB感染加重。本文综述了IL-27及其在抗MTB免疫中作用的研究进展。
Interleukin 27 (IL-27), a cytokine belonging to the IL-12 family, is composed of Epstein-Barr virus-inducible 3 (EBI3) and p28 subunits and is mainly produced by activated antigen-presenting cells. Its receptor consists of the T cell cytokine receptor (TCCR) and the glycoprotein 130 (gp130) subunit, which is widely expressed on various cell surfaces. IL-27, as a potent immunomodulatory factor, plays a multi-regulatory role in the immune response, however, IL-27 exhibits a broad range of immunosuppressive effects during host anti-MTB infection. Inhibits the phagocytosis of macrophages in the anti-MTB innate immune response; may inhibit Th1 and Th17 cell responses in an adaptive immune response and promotes the proliferation and differentiation of type 1 T (Tr1) cells and inhibits the protection of the organism against MTB Immunity, MTB infection aggravated. This article reviews the progress of IL-27 and its role in anti-MTB immunity.
