1996年我县引进推广香菇代料育花菇、厚菇栽培新技术,引入时间虽短,而菇农的生产积极性却很高.发展迅猛,但从产、质量看,冬季出菇较少,到春季才逐渐出菇.菇农收益不高.为此,笔者走访邻县和本县的部分高产户,总结分析其迟出菇原因,现介绍如下.1 制筒时间安排不当 多数菇农对菌种的生物学特性了解不多,视长菌龄菌株和短菌龄菌株为同等,如135、058等菌株菌龄约为200天.菌筒应在2~3月底前制作完毕.1996年就因推广迟,匆匆上马,准备不及时,因此在很大程度上影响了冬菇产量.
