采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪对花鳗鲡、欧洲鳗鲡和日本鳗鲡肌肉无机元素组成进行测定。结果证明 :花鳗鲡肌肉中 Ca含量最高 ,P含量次之 ;而欧洲鳗鲡和日本鳗鲡肌肉中 P含量最高 ,Ca含量次之 ;三种鳗鲡肌肉中 Na、Mg、K含量相近。花鳗鲡肌肉中常量元素和某些微量元素 ( Zn、Fe、Mn)的含量高于欧洲鳗鲡和日本鳗鲡。可认为花鳗鲡在无机元素营养方面优于另二种鳗鲡。在花鳗鲡人工配合饲料中 ,无机元素用量应高于另二种鳗鲡 ,尤其是 Ca、P、Zn和 Fe。
The composition of inorganic elements in muscle of Anguilla japonicus, European eel (Anguilla japonica) and Japanese eel Anguilla (Anguilla japonica) was determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry. The results showed that the content of Ca was the highest and the content of P was the second in the muscle of Anguilla japonica. The content of P was the highest in muscle of European eel and Japanese eel, the content of Ca was the second. The contents of Na, Mg and K were similar in the three species of Anguilla. The contents of major and some trace elements (Zn, Fe, Mn) in the muscle of Anguilla japonicus were higher than those in European eel and Japanese eel. Eel can be considered in the inorganic element nutrition is superior to the other two kinds of eel. In the eel 鲡 artificial feed, the amount of inorganic elements should be higher than the other two kinds of eels, especially Ca, P, Zn and Fe.
