目的:观察核糖核酸(RNA)和肝细胞生长因子(HGF)治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效。方法:采用随机分组,用RNA治疗CPH100例、CAH 203例及CAH伴LC 5例,用HCTF治疗CPH 50例及CAH100例作对照,观察其对乏力、纳差、腹胀及肝区痛4项主要症状及肝功能的改善作用。结果:两组
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of RNA and hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B patients. Methods: 100 cases of CPH were treated with RNA, 203 cases of CAH and 5 cases of CAH were treated with RNA. Fifty cases of CPH treated with HCTF and 100 cases of CAH were used as controls.
