工程管理是一项十分巨大且涉及环节很多的工作,工程造价控制就是其中一个重要的环节,对工程的费用进行有效的控制,将成本费用严格控制在项目预算的限额之内,减少不必要的成本浪费,最大化的提高投资效益。而施工阶段的成本是整个工程中最大的,做好施工阶段的造价控制,可以有效的降低整个工程的成本造价。本文将会对现阶段施工阶段工程造价中存在的问题进行研究,同时提出相关的改进建议。
