全球金融危机给图书馆建设带来了不可避免的冲击,致使图书馆经费危机日益升级,购书数量的减少与师生对文献需求量增加这对矛盾尤为突出,这种形势迫使图书馆必须通过各种方式转变加强图书馆馆藏建设。本文有针对性的提出了一些解决问题的建议。
The global financial crisis has brought inevitable impact on the library construction, resulting in the escalation of the crisis of library funds. The contradiction between the reduction of the number of books purchased and the increase of demand for literature by teachers and students is particularly serious. This situation has forced libraries to pass through various Transformation of ways to strengthen library collection construction. This article has put forward some suggestions to solve the problem.
