研究硅酸钙填料(FACS)对AKD浆内施胶的影响,并对施胶障碍的产生原因进行了分析。结果表明:FACS用量的增加能够增大纸页的吸水值;硅酸钙加填纸页的吸水值随AKD用量的增加而逐渐降低,但总体上FACS的Cobb值高于PCC和GCC;利用紫外-分光光度法研究FACS对施胶剂AKD的吸附,发现FACS对AKD的吸附量和吸附率较高且远大于PCC和GCC填料。在考察用量范围内,FACS对AKD的吸附率在43.9%~88.4%之间,GCC对AKD的吸附率在1.09%~29.9%之间,PCC的吸附率在13.6%~35.1%之间,FACS加填纸施胶障碍的产生,主要是由于FACS填料对AKD施胶剂有较强的吸附性。
The effect of calcium silicate filler (FACS) on the sizing of AKD slurry was studied, and the cause of sizing disorder was analyzed.
