[提要]GLP-1非降糖作用对心血管疾病多效影响的研究正受到持续关注,其除降糖、改善β细胞功能作用外,还通过调控心血管疾病危险因素,改善氧化应激,减轻再灌注损伤等多种途径及机制正向作用于心血管系统。本文就GLP-l非降糖作用对心血管疾病多效性的研究进展综述如下。
[Abstract] The research on the multi-effect of non-hypoglycemic effect of GLP-1 on cardiovascular diseases is receiving continuous attention. In addition to its hypoglycemic effect and β-cell function, GLP-1 improves oxidative stress by regulating risk factors of cardiovascular disease, Reduce reperfusion injury and a variety of ways and mechanisms of positive effects on the cardiovascular system. In this paper, GLP-l non-hypoglycemic effects of cardiovascular disease on the research progress are summarized below.
