一、简况上海市建一公司103工程队承建的“上海市工具公司天目路高层住宅”,是一幢十四层全现浇框剪体系高层建筑,东西山墙是采用钢模板成型的混凝土墙体,外墙装饰采用水泥砂浆括糙汰石子粉面。为增强混凝土墙面与粉刷层的粘结力,原定施工方案采取在混凝土墙面进行凿毛处理。
I. Brief Introduction The Shanghai Municipal Tools Corporation Tianmu Road High-Rise Residential Building Contracted by the 103 Construction Team of Shanghai Jianyi Company is a 14-story high-rise building with a cast-in-place frame shear system. The east-west gable is a concrete wall molded with steel formwork. The exterior wall decoration is made of cement mortar containing rubble flour. In order to enhance the adhesion of the concrete wall surface and the stucco layer, the original construction plan was adopted to cut the hair on the concrete wall surface.
