液电效应碎石术系经膀胱镜或输尿管镜和肾盂在直视下治疗泌尿系结石的有效方法之一。我院使用国产uL—Ⅱ型液电效应碎石机治疗9例12枚膀胱结石,获得了满意效果。现报告如下: 临床资料本组9例,男8例,女1例,年龄在26～67岁,平均年龄50岁。3例为两枚结石。结石最大为3.0×3.0cm,最小为1.0×0.6cm。9例中合并前列腺增生症者3例,尿道外口狭窄1例,外伤性高位截瘫1例。碎石成功者7例(9枚结石),2例失败。

The largest stone 3.0 × 3.0cm, a minimum of 1.0 × 0.6cm. 9 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia in 3 cases, 1 case of stricture outside the urethra, traumatic high paraplegia in 1 case. 7 cases of gravel success (9 stones), 2 cases failed.
