早在1962年,文化部对收集和整理我国各民族和民间的文学艺术遗产做出过全面规划和安排,“民族民间音乐和舞蹈要及时加以记录,并且尽可能录音或者拍照保存”。~①但长期以来,由于经济、文化和地域的原因,少数民族新闻从业者不仅数量稀缺,更无力掌控关于他们自身形象的生产与传播。而外来记录者所面临的第一困惑便是边疆少数族裔群体的身份标签所带来的社会偏见与刻板印象。社会偏见、刻板印象本质上是一种观点态度,由情感意见、行动倾向以及个人信仰等多种明晰
As early as 1962, the Ministry of Culture made a comprehensive plan and arrangement for collecting and arranging the literary and artistic heritage of all ethnic groups and civilians in our country. “National folk music and dance should be recorded in time and recorded as much as possible or taken as pictures”. However, for a long time, due to economic, cultural and geographical reasons, ethnic minority journalists are not only scarcity but also less able to control the production and dissemination of their own images. The first confusion faced by foreign recorders is the social prejudice and stereotypes brought about by the identity labels of border ethnic minority groups. Social prejudice and stereotypes are in essence a kind of viewpoints and attitudes. They are composed of a variety of explicit opinions such as emotional opinions, behavioral tendencies, and personal beliefs
