家族企业是民营企业发展初期最常见的一种营运模式,无论是在历史上还是现今世界,其在经济中所起的不容忽视,是我国经济发展不可或缺的一支重要力量。但家族企业在用人机制上的一些缺陷也是显而易见的,随着家族企业规模的扩大,原有的运营模式不再适用,家族企业能否突破瓶颈,改革用人机制,是其持续发展与扩张的关键。
Family business is the most common mode of operation in the early stage of the development of private enterprises. Whether in history or the present world, family businesses can not be ignored in the economy and are an indispensable force in our economic development. However, some weaknesses in the employment mechanism of family-owned enterprises are obvious. With the expansion of family-owned enterprises, the original operating mode is no longer applicable. Whether the family-owned enterprises can break the bottleneck and reform the employment mechanism is the key to their sustainable development and expansion .
