1月8日,自治区政府召开新闻发布会,发布了广西财政引导金融支持实体经济加快发展的“28条意见”。2012年11月,我区出台了《关于进一步鼓励和引导金融支持中小微企业等实体经济加快发展的若干意见》(简称“28条意见”)和《关于加大扶持力度推动企业上市的若干意见》两个指导性文件。两个文件包括支持做大做强金融产业、激励金融机构扩大供给、引导担保机构提供融资担保、扶持企业改制上市等四大方面内
On January 8, the regional government held a news conference, promulgating the “28 Opinions” of Guangxi Finance to Guide the Financial Support for Accelerating the Development of the Real Economy. In November 2012, a number of Opinions on Further Encouraging and Guiding the Financial Support for the Economic Growth of Small, Medium-sized and Micro-enterprises and Other Real Enterprises (referred to as “28 Opinions ”) were promulgated in our district and the “Opinions on Increasing Support to Promote the Listing of Enterprises Several opinions ”two guiding documents.
