将水泥浆着蓝色的方法有几种可供选择。一种是用钴蓝颜料,但通常价格较高,生产企业负担不起;还可采用酞菁染料,但是它在很多水泥浆体内表现不佳;也可采用佛青色颜料。传统的佛青色颜料不能安全地用于水泥浆体——例如预制混凝土产品,因为它在这种环境中的化学稳定性不能令人满意,会导致快速褪色。本文介绍在市场上新出现的一种胶囊化佛青色颜料,探讨用它生产蓝色预制混凝土产品的可能性。
There are several ways to color the grout blue. One is the use of cobalt blue pigments, but usually higher prices, manufacturers can not afford; you can also use phthalocyanine dyes, but it is poor performance in many cement pastes; also can be used blue pigments. Traditional Buddhist blue pigments can not be safely used in cement pastes - for example, precast concrete products because of their unsatisfactory chemical stability in such environments, resulting in rapid discoloration. This article describes an emerging encapsulated blue pigment on the market that explores the possibility of using it to produce blue precast concrete products.
