一、何为“传媒歧视”随着我国大众传播媒介从单一的“喉舌”功能向“喉舌”与产业混合功能的过渡和转化,“传媒歧视”现象也随之出现。那么,何为“传媒歧视”呢?目前国内外学术界还没有对此作出明确的界定。国内方面,长江日报高级编辑罗建华认为,“传媒歧视”是与传媒公正对立的,带来新的社会不公——信息资源上享用不公、话语权上分配不公、舆论形象上反映不公、公共价值上判断不公。
