随着我国经济的快速发展,政府投资建设的项目越来越多。经济效益和社会效益日益显著。但各方面的问题也反映出很多。目前,工程造价控制仅仅着眼于结算的审核工作。我在对一些项目的造价管理工作中发现,由于在决策等各方面的不足,在项目建设管理中出现了一些问题。如在对区内政府投资的某装修改造项目进行施工阶段的造价控制和竣工结算的审核工作时,发现了一些问题,也有了想法和建议,这其中的很多现象在其他的项目中也能见到,本次探讨的项目根据发改委的批复,投资为1729.32万元,面积为8364.3平方,施工中标价格828.9093万元。起初建设方对造价控制这项工作并不重视,认为投资资金肯定有节余,请造价工程师来,还多出了这份钱呢,对委托造价工程师及其作用不太予以重视。
