研究了宽温快速阳极氧化工艺,对宽温快速阳极氧化添加剂的作用机理作了分析。通过试验,确定了生产工艺和添加剂的配方。应用该工艺可以加快成膜速度,拓宽氧化槽液的温度范围,增加铝容许含量,降低能耗,减少废酸的排放量等。
The wide temperature rapid anodic oxidation process was studied and the mechanism of action of the wide temperature anodic oxidation additive was analyzed. Through experiments, the production process and additive formulation were confirmed. Application of the process can speed up the film-forming speed, broaden the temperature range of the oxidation bath, increase the allowable aluminum content, reduce energy consumption and reduce waste acid emissions.
