目的 了解促性腺激素释放激素激动剂 (GnRHa)对子宫肌瘤细胞内凋亡调控基因Bcl- 2 /BaxmR NA表达的影响。方法 应用逆转录聚合酶链反应 (RT -PCR)法测定 12例经GnRHa治疗的子宫肌瘤内Bcl-2 /BaxmRNA水平 ,并以 2 1例未用药子宫肌瘤作对照。结果 GnRHa治疗者子宫肌瘤内Bcl- 2 /BaxmRNA比值较对照组显著下降 (P <0 0 1)。结论 子宫肌瘤内Bcl - 2 /BaxmRNA比值的下降继而诱导细胞凋亡可能是GnRHa治疗子宫肌瘤的分子机制之一。
Objective To investigate the effect of gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonist (GnRHa) on the expression of apoptosis-regulating gene Bcl-2 / BaxmR NA in uterine fibroids. Methods Bcl-2 / Bax mRNA levels in 12 cases of uterine fibroids treated with GnRHa were determined by RT-PCR and 21 cases were untreated uterine fibroids. Results The ratio of Bcl-2 / Bax mRNA in the uterine myoma of GnRHa treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion The decrease of Bcl - 2 / Bax mRNA ratio in uterine fibroids and subsequent apoptosis may be one of the molecular mechanisms of GnRHa treatment of uterine fibroids.
