The Quality of a Little Statesman In the 1970s, the world entered a high-tech era. As an ancient civilized China, in order to modernize, it selected a semi-literate deputy prime minister. He is Chen Yonggui, secretary of the party branch of Dazhai Brigade (now the village) of Xiyang County in Shanxi Province. This can not but say that it is a world-class joke. This is in Chinese history, probably in the history of the world, except in the case of the Kakuni court, which has not been found in a properly regulated national government. Letting Chen Yonggui be the vice premier of the country is a historical misunderstanding. However, is it right? Some people say “He knows fart ”? From my long-term contact with Chen Yonggui, right. As early as 1966, several journalists from our Xinhua News Agency Shanxi Branch analyzed Chen Yonggui, thinking that he was not a general model worker but a peasant politician. This is to say that he has the qualities of some politicians but the problems of the leaders of traditional Chinese peasants. Of course, this view can not be disclosed at that time
