以某特大桥为例,采用大范围一维网河数学模型与工程局部河道平面二维潮流数学模型相结合的方法,对该特大桥的行洪、纳潮影响进行了计算和分析.从大桥工程的轴线布置、梁底标高、墩台形式、桥跨组合、阻水程度、建设项目与堤防关系等方面论述了跨河桥梁建设与河道行洪、纳潮之间的适应性问题.为减少桥梁建设对河道行洪、纳潮的影响,从桥梁墩台布置等方面提出了指导性建议,使桥梁建设尽可能与河道行洪、纳潮能力相适应,也为水行政主管部门的行政许可提供参考.
Taking a special bridge as an example, this paper calculates and analyzes the influence of flood and tide on the bridge using the method of combining the large-scale one-dimensional network model with the two-dimensional tidal current model of local riverway engineering. The layout of the axis of the project, the elevation of the bottom of the beam, the form of piers and abutments, the combination of bridge span, the degree of water blocking, the relationship between the construction project and the embankment, etc. The paper discusses the adaptability between the river bridge construction and the river flood, The influence of bridge construction on flood discharge and tide of river course is analyzed and the guiding suggestions are put forward from the aspects of bridge piers and podium arrangement so as to make the bridge construction accord with the capacity of river course floodwaters and tidal currents as much as possible and also the administrative permission of water administrative department for reference.
