一、企业诚信文化是企业信用力量之源 诚信是信用,信义和信誉的总和。在经济活动中,中国古代先人就很重视用文化规范商业活动,如中国市场交易常用的老秤。先人们就赋予其观念文化内涵,把星座同秤联系起来的说法来警醒商人对商业秩序的自我约束和对商业道德的尊重。例如创建于1669年(康熙八年)的北京同仁堂以“同修仁德、济世养生”作为企业的理念,使北京同仁堂历三百年风雨而不衰。
