中德经济体制改革综合项目“区域可持续发展”项目合作开展四年来,通过多次举办高层论坛、培训活动及考察调研等,学习借鉴国内外资源型区域转型发展的成功经验,为促进山西省资源型经济转型发展提供了有益的参考。5月27日,由山西省政府发展研究中心、省政府决策咨询委员会办公室、德国国际合作机构经济改革综合项目办公室联合举办的“中德山西资源型经济转型与可持续发展能力建设”培训会在并举行。邀请德国及国内资源型经济研究领域的5位知名学者,就资源型经济转型的相关话题进行专题讲座。山西省有关厅局及各市政策研究部门人员参加了培训。专家讲座针对性强,很有实际参考价值。为此,本刊特将主要观点整理成文,以便供各行业更广泛地借鉴和吸收应用。
In the past four years since the cooperation project of “Sino-German Comprehensive Economic System Reform” and “Regional Sustainable Development”, we have learned from the successful experience of the transformation and development of resource-based regions both at home and abroad by holding high-level forums, training activities and investigation and research. Shanxi Province, resource-based economic transformation and development provide a useful reference. On May 27, the training program of “Sino-German Capacity Building for Resource-based Economic Transformation and Sustainable Development in Shanxi Province” jointly organized by Shanxi Provincial Government Development Research Center, Office of Decision-making Advisory Committee of Provincial Government, and Office of Economic Rehabilitation Integrated Project of German International Cooperation Agency Will be in and hold. Invited five well-known scholars in German and domestic resource-based economy research field to give lectures on the related topics of resource-based economy transformation. Relevant departments of Shanxi Province and municipal policy research departments attended the training. Expert lectures targeted, very practical reference value. To this end, we print the main points of view written, so that industries can learn more and absorb applications.
