孙奂仑,国民党要员。先后任乐亭、洪洞、阳曲等县知事、冀宁道尹、河北省民政厅厅长、太原绥靖公署参议官、山西省民政厅厅长、南京政府铨叙部参事等职,有政绩。善书法、工于诗,遗作有《庸斋诗草》。孙奂仑(1887—1956),字药墀,号庸斋。清光绪十二年(1887年)出生于直隶(河北省)玉田县孙家村(现属潮洛窝乡),属孙氏第十五世。孙氏家族乃钱塘巨族,明朝永乐二年(1404年)由浙江绍兴府余姚县孙家境随帝迁顺天府(今河北)
