用不同陈化时间的碱性催化的溶胶,经提拉法镀膜,得到不同增透效果的光学膜层。分析发现,随着与陈化时间相关的水解和聚合反应的进程,溶胶的粒度分布发生变化,形成不同粒径的“簇团(Clusters)”,拉膜后,形成不同的孔径分布,由此影响光学透过率特性。本文给出了与最佳增透效果相对应的溶胶粒度分布范围。
