通过改变粉胶比及碳纤维的长度和掺量,对比研究了碳纤维沥青胶浆的动态流变特性和黏流特性,并借助扫描电镜(SEM)对其内部微观形貌进行观测。研究结果表明:碳纤维对沥青胶浆流变性能具有明显改善效果;粉胶比一定时,碳纤维掺量越大,沥青胶浆黏度越大;纤维掺量一定时,粉胶比增大,纤维沥青胶浆黏度明显增大,且粉胶比越大,纤维沥青胶浆黏温曲线随温度变化越显著;在沥青胶浆中,碳纤维相互搭接形成空间网络结构,其稳定和加筋作用可显著改善沥青胶浆路用性能。
The dynamic rheological properties and viscous flow properties of carbon fiber asphalt mortar were studied by changing the ratio of powder to binder and the length and content of carbon fiber. The internal microstructure was observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results show that carbon fiber has a significant improvement on the rheological properties of asphalt mortar. When the ratio of cement to binder is constant, the greater the content of carbon fiber, the greater the viscosity of asphalt mortar.
