通过热模型实验对纯氧顶底复吹转炉的冶金反应规律进行了研究。在复吹冶炼过程中,从底部中心吹入的惰性气体具有两种作用:1)能加快金属熔池内部元素传质的搅拌作用(在吹炼初期、末期显著);2)降低金属熔池的h。/h_B所产生的软吹作用(在吹炼中期略显著)。
Through the thermal model experiment, the metallurgical reaction rule of pure oxygen top and bottom blowing converter was studied. In the complex blowing process, the inert gas blown in from the bottom center serves two purposes: 1) agitation that accelerates the mass transfer of the elements inside the metal bath (early and late blowing); 2) lowering of the metal bath H / h_B produced by the soft blowing effect (mid-blowing slightly).
