拦网技术是排球比赛中得分的一个重要环节和手段。本文着重从意识角度对排球拦网技术进行再认识,以期改变人们在过去训练中错误观念和训练方法,将人们对拦网技术的认识提高到一个新的高度。
Blocking technology is an important part of the volleyball game score and means. This article focuses on the re-understanding of volleyball blocking technology from the perspective of awareness, with a view to changing people’s misconceptions and training methods in the past training, people’s awareness of blocking technology to a new height.
