目前,就多数财务科长而言,在专业技术方面无疑是专家。但是其中有一些同志在管理水平和领导艺术方面离客观要求尚有距离。科长十分注重专业技术的提高,而较少顾及管理水平与领导艺术的修养,是带有一定普遍性的现实情况。本文对医院财务科长的职能和如何做好科长工作进行阐述,希望能对财务科长,尤其是年轻的财务科长的工作起到点滴指导作用。同时,也提供给同仁在管理工作中参考。
