一、班况分析经过小班一年的教育,班级集体已基本形成,孩子们能遵守一日活动的规则,懂礼貌,喜欢参加各类活动,初步养成了良好的学习习惯,动手操作能力和生活自理能力有所提高,初步具有感受美的能力。但是,全班幼儿发展不够整齐,部分幼儿在集体活动中表现胆怯,缺乏信心,常常处于被动的地位。有不少幼儿协调同伴间关系的能力较差,向教师“告状”多。有的幼儿身体素质差,饭量小,常生病。二、工作任务丰富幼儿的生活内容,设立幼儿活动角,在活动中发挥幼儿的“三性”;培养幼儿分辨是非及解决问题的能力,
