随着国家宏观经济政策发展变化,水电施工企业整体结构调整面临阵痛期,前期刺激政策进入消化期。水电施工企业从生存需要出发,不断加大整合和改革力度,实施多元化发展和“走出去”实施优先发展国际强局战略,以适应严峻的市场竞争。为此,文中就水电施工企业基层工会工作进行分析探讨。
With the development and changes of the state’s macroeconomic policies, the overall structural adjustment of hydropower construction enterprises is facing a period of pain and pain and the stimulus policies in the early stage have entered the digestion period. Based on their survival needs, hydropower construction enterprises will continue to intensify their efforts in integration and reform, implement diversified development and “going global” to implement the strategy of giving priority to the development of an international strong bureau so as to adapt to the severe market competition. Therefore, the article analyzes and discusses the work of grass-roots labor union in hydropower construction enterprises.
