青海石油管理局格尔木社区管理中心是青海石油管理局下属的一个二级单位,成立于1997年,担负着青海油田格尔木石化基地的矿区建设、市政管理、生活后勤、文教卫生等社区服务工作。格尔木石化基地位于格尔木市的东南角,占地面积225公顷,是青海油田生产生活基地之一。格尔木石化基地始建于1991年。10多年来,在基地各单位共同努力下,特别是经过格尔木社区管理中心的辛勤工作,这块昔日的戈壁荒漠地,现已建成为集原油输炼、天然气采输、石化产品生产和销售,文教卫生,生活后勤为一体的现代化的综合工业基地。除生产设施外,基地内还建有医院、学校、幼儿园、文化活动中心、招待所、电视台、邮政电信等社会服务设施,驻有炼油厂、管道输油处、天然气开发公司、油品销售公司等10多个油田单位,有建筑面积29万平方米,职工家庭住
Qinghai Petroleum Authority Golmud Community Management Center is a subordinate unit of Qinghai Petroleum Administration Bureau.
