美国社会学家哈里·米克曼通过对众多的诺贝尔奖金获得者的研究,曾经得出这样一个结论:“荣膺诺贝尔奖金的研究成果,大都是通过合作获得的。”从我国科技创新发明获得者的身上,我们也同样得出这样的结论,大多数创新发明都是集体智慧的结晶。对一个企业来说,其创新活动同样离不开集体的力量。经过众多企业实践证明,创新团队的建设可以大大提高企业适应知识经济挑战的能力,是企业为了应对现在及未来挑战的一个有效的组织结构。Yahoo、微软以及IBM等企业不断创新的背后,都有其创新团队的身影。
